We are a private consultancy and service provider offering support with travel-related documentation and eta application processes. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government authority. Official government websites may be used to submit applications directly without paying our service fees.
We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our website or services means you accept any updated Terms.
By using our services, you confirm that you:
A). Are at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally able to enter into binding agreements.
B). Have the authority to act on behalf of yourself or a business entity, if applicable.
Some services require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details and for any activity under your account.
Our services involve reviewing, assisting, and submitting applications on your behalf, based on the information and documents you provide. We cannot guarantee approval of any application, as final decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority.
Website or service availability may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance or technical issues.

All fees are service charges for consultancy and processing assistance. They do not include government fees unless clearly specified.
Refunds apply only to our service fees, as outlined in our Refund Policy. Government fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

We are not liable for:
A). Delays, rejections, or changes in government policies.
B). Third-party actions or errors beyond our control.
C). Indirect or consequential losses.
Our maximum liability is limited to the service fees you paid to us.
Our website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. You are responsible for complying with local laws in your country of residence.
(eTourist Services) This organization does not take any responsibility for the ETA applications getting disqualified by the Sri Lanka government authorities. We will email the eta cancellation proof to the applicant’s email address. Any legal dispute arising from the process of eta application will be dealt with only at the Honorable High Court of New Delhi and nowhere else. We are a commercial website and charge service fees for our services. The applicants can directly visit the government of Sri Lanka’s website and apply for eta and avoid these additional charges. This organization can alter its terms and conditions whenever it deems fit. By using our website or by applying for eta process through our website the applicant agrees to comply by the terms and conditions of this organization.
